Please note: the sign up form will need to be completed by a parent or guardian

9 to 11 YEAR OLD MEMBERSHIP

Sign up for a free membership, to give you access to all of The BASE facilities and book onto workshops.

After sign up, you will be able to book into the space for drop in sessions, including the band rehearsal room, music production room, multimedia suite and creative lounge. 

You will also be able to book onto workshops. 

Upon signing up, you will be required to complete a form detailing any health conditions, emergency contact information and photo consent and permissions. It is important that this is completed by a responsible guardian, if you are under the age of 18 years old.
